Standard Features
• The installation includes monobloc air conditioning units. These units are ideal when the required solution is easy to install with all the refrigerant components already assembled.
• The unit has a self-supporting steel structure
coated with epoxy powder and external panels in epoxy powder coated steel; the inside is lined with
abrasion resistant, self-extinguishing material for sound and heat insulation.
• The units are delivered ready for installation at the factory, fully assembled and filled with refrigerant, where they are calibrated and the electrical and cooling systems are tested.
• Easy installation and connection to the outside
are achieved using rigid or flexible pipes fitted to the window.
• Air filtration is provided by an EU2 efficiency air filter made of self-extinguishing material and a rigid metal frame; available in the free-cooling version with
an additional free-cooling metal pre-filter. EU4 filters are optionally available.
• Evaporator and condensing fans are made
of galvanised steel. The double inlet centrifugal fan(s) with forward curved blower are directly coupled
to the motor shaft.
• The electrical panel is housed in a compartment isolated from the air flow, in accordance with the 73/23/CEE Standard. Separate power supply
and microprocessor for the fans are optionally available.
• The cooling circuit includes:
- Filter and flow sight glass
- Thermostatic expansion valve
- High and low pressure pressure switches
- Scroll compressor with thermal protection
- Ecological refrigerant R407C
- Modulating condenser fan speed regulation.
• The microprocessor control manages the unit independently and the free cooling function
and can be integrated with the most common BMSs. Control comprising:
- Microprocessor control board and user terminal
- Room temperature sensor
- Mixed air temperature sensor (X*F version only)
- External temperature sensor (X*F version only)
• Power supply:
- 230 V/ 1/ 50 Hz or 400 V/3+N/50 Hz
(Standard, depending on model)
- Mains power supply + UPS 230 V
- Mains power supply + UPS 48 VDC (evaporator DC fan(s), available for XMF only)
• Microprocessor control.
• Low noise scroll compressor.
• EU4 filter (optional).
• Speed control of the modulating condenser fan(s).
• Free cooling metal pre-filter.
