Standard Features

• Advanced microprocessor control system with local or remote user terminal.
• The units are equipped with EC fans for maximum efficiency.
• The structure of the unit is characterized
by a self-supporting frame in galvanized steel with paneling. The external panels are coated
with RAL9003 epoxy-polyester paint, the inside is insulated with thermal and acoustic insulation.
• The electronic expansion valve is controlled
by a microprocessor and a specific software that improves the cooling precision and the energy efficiency of the cooling cycle.
• The cooling coil is designed for a high SHR and reduced pressure drops in the air section. The coil is made of copper tubes mechanically expanded on aluminium fins with
a hydrophilic treatment .
• Uniflair LE units comply with the following directives: 2006/42/EC, 2004/108/EC, 2006/95/EC, 97/23/EC,
F-GAS directive 842/2006/EC.
• High-efficiency EU4-pleated air filters are housed in a metal frame and are equipped with a dirty filter,
differential pressure switch and low airflow differential pressure switch.
• The Uniflair LE series offers the option of units equipped with two compressors (tandem)
per circuit, providing better efficiency
and partial load regulation capacity (models with the **21 or **42 suffix).
• Full front access for unit maintenance.
• The electrical panel is located in a compartment separated from the air flow and complies with standards.

• Microprocessor control system includes:
- Integrated management of EEV and cooling circuit parameters
- Local user terminal with external accessibility
- Integrated LAN card for local network connection of a group of CRACs
- Rotation and active standby management
- Free contact for general alarms and two contacts for addressable alarms
- Remote on/off switch
- Ability to interface directly with the modbus protocol via the RS485 serial card
- Ability to interface with the main external communication protocols: BACnet, Lonworks, Trend, Metasys, TCP/IP, SNMP and StruxureWare platform
