Construction Overview
- Weathering-steel body (1.6 mm Corten A) with structural reinforcement.
- Thermal insulation by ceramic + rock wool sandwich panel (U ≤ 0.83 W/m²·K).
- Anti-static raised floor 600 × 600 × 35 mm, 200 mm plenum.
- Double-roof design for heat isolation and rain drainage.
- Stainless-steel hardware (SUS304) on door and locks.
- Exterior coating: epoxy primer + PU paint ≥ 120 µm.
