PRODUCT OVERVIEW

D-IQ Data Center series are designed to provide maximum performance with a professional technical, aesthetic look and super passive ventilation for data center infrastructure and are available in range of heights and depths.

Enhanced strength, super passive ventilation and aesthetics are priorities of D-IQ Data Center’s design. Each cabinet has a ventilated roof for better air circulation and roof cable management panels. Fully adjustable front and rear profile rails and large cable entries of the cabinet, make this product extremely attractive to installers who needs Data Center cabinet.

Each rack consists of up to 2.2 mm strong steel sheet material which ensures a very good stability as a robust steel construction due to special plate curving technique and a load capacity up to 1.800kg can be reached. Sliding balance bars with leveling feet in front provides better stability based on center of gravity. An extensive accessories portfolio for plinths, shelves, cable management, etc. will help to meet many requirements in daily use.

Various sizes and parts are available according to different application demand.
Welded frame, demountable structure design, light duty but sturdy and flexible.
Closed-able cable routing at top and bottom panel without tools. Brush panel to prevent dust and outside things.
Two cable management rails are equipped at the rear of the cabinet for cable management for PDU assembly.
Embedded side panel, tool free in assembling and dismantling, lock is optional.
Front and rear doors are 80% perforated
Static load carrying capacity is 1800 kg.
Wide honeycomb formed hexagonal perforations.
Suitable for the use of electronic and mechanical locks.
Front door and rear door can be interchanged quickly without tools, opening angle 130°, convenient for equipments installation and maintenance.
Rotary door handle, keys are universal to front and rear doors for all IQ series cabinets.
Provided with adjustable feet, maximum static loading is 1800kgs.
Surface treatment procedure is degreasing–> pickling– >anti-rust and phosphorization–>water cleaning–>powder coating, RoHS compliant.
