The concept is based on a fully modular metal structure in which the work surfaces and secondary surfaces are left to the operator. This structure consists of vertical legs, which ensure the sustainability of the whole and the elevation of the cabling, and horizontal cable ducts, which determine the size of each section and give rigidity to the console. All metal parts are completely made of 1.5 mm thick electro galvanised sheet metal.
The design of the horizontal cable tray allows for multiple connection options and has enough space to accommodate power and data sockets as well as small electronic equipment, including on the inside. Along the entire length of the bottom section are grommets for routing the cable through it, making it easy to run the cabling inside and allowing easy separation of power and data cables.
The different power, audio and data outputs are neatly arranged on the rear outer section.
The CLINE system pays special attention to the wiring circuit as well as the power connection, audio and data zones, ensuring maximum protection of the equipment and continuity of the cable tray throughout the entire configuration. Thanks to the way it is fixed, the structure ensures continuity of the wiring from either side of the vertical edges of the console or from the electronic compartments for structural or individual equipment to the central cable tray and consequently to any point of the work surface.
This structure allows the installation of rear trays using brackets fixed to the rear of the cable tray made of phenolic compact resin for the placement of both monitor supports and small electronic equipment: KVM switches, routers, speakers, etc.
Each central cable tray is connected at its ends to different structural side blocks, legs or racks and it is possible to chain together different cable trays and structures for multiple consecutive operators and angular parts.
Thus CLINE Console allows a greater flexibility and adaptability in the design and construction of the structure.
The types of arrangement of the structures are always linear, so that the creation of multiple workstations in curved (concave or convex) or angular forms is only realised by adjusting the work surfaces and including specific angular parts.
The work boards will have the resulting gauge for each of the structures housing the operators. Available cable trays have standard lengths of 600, 900, 1200, 1500, 1600, 1800 and 2100 mm.
CLINE Console work surfaces are made of phenolic compact high pressure resin, laminated 18 mm thick, matt white, available on request in any colour or other complementary material available from the manufacturer’s coating list. Phenolic resin has excellent physical properties that ensure high mouldability using the correct production technology.
The work surfaces are the surfaces that provide the final finish to the design of the control console and integrate the product into the environment. The upper part of the work surface is prepared with decorative horizontal grooves for the passage of cables and circular holes for the insertion of grommets.
The CLINE Console has a series of closed compartments in 19″ format for the placement of computer equipment or electronic components. These are designed for flexible positioning and adapted to the structure for direct inward derivation of cabling.
CLINE Console also offers a range of complementary furniture designed according to the look and feel of the workplace. This furniture enables the creation of complete environments.
The core of the system is the control centre, but the areas connected to it receive the same attention both technically and institutionally.
The possibilities of the CLINE auxiliary furniture range pass through a wide variety of archive modules. These complement the console and aim to provide maximum added value to the project. The archive and print modules provide many combinations of sizes and finishes, so that their versatility is as great as that of the control consoles.
